Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted. This information is only used to fulfill your orders or specific requests in relation to doing business with you. We may, on occasions, email you with details of products or offers we feel would be of interest to you. We only hold your data for as long as we need to in relation to doing business with you. We do not sell your details onto any third party. Only authorised persons, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information and again, only to fulfill your specific requests, such as delivery of an item. Under General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) you have rights to your data including asking for access to what data we hold about you, the right to update or withdraw consent to use all or part of your data or to have your data deleted, an any time.

Delivery
As a general rule, the weathervanes featured in our “standard” section, are already made and ready to be despatched for delivery within 5 working days. Occasionally one of the vanes in this section might have sold and another is not ready, so delivery might take a while longer, up to 2 weeks to allow for the vane to be made, painted, dried etc. If this is the case we will always let you know an estimated timescale at time of order.

The weathervanes in our “bespoke” section will always be made to order. They can be adapted according to your requirements – i.e. photo’s of your own pets, specific cars, or any other designs you may wish to have. These vanes will take approximately 2 -3 weeks and again we will always advise a timescale.

Standard delivery charge for weathervanes is £20 and £15 for other items (UK mainland only). Items are despatched via Royal Mail Parcelforce 48-hour service, or FedEx 24 hour service. and the delivery charge includes insurance for the full value of the vanes. Please contact us for a delivery quote for Scottish Highland addresses and deliveries to a non-UK address.

Returns
Due to the handcrafted, made to order nature of our work, our items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and therefore returns are not accepted. However, if in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your vane, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can sort it out straight away.

Payments
All payments are made securely through PayPal. When you proceed to checkout you will be directed to PayPal where you can safely pay with your credit or debit card, or your PayPal account if you have one. If you wish to discuss your order, talk about a bespoke design, or simply pay direct – we accept secure, debit or credit card payments over the telephone on 07872327178.
