Here is all the weathervane general information that you need when choosing a beautiful, British made piece of hand crafted ironwork.
My weathervanes start off at £180 and on average go up to around £220 depending on the motif.
The prices quoted are for a medium weathervane (measuring 21″ over the cardinal points) this is the standard size for the majority of rooves and dwellings. If required we can make a large version (27″ over the cardinal points) which is an extra £50 on the quoted price.
All prices include the motif, the cardinal points, a choice of post mounted or standard gable end mounting bracket, and the screws and plugs ready for fixing. The vanes are fully welded not flat packed ant they come fully greased so no assembly or preparation is necessary, they are ready to put up.
My weathervanes are all hand made including the motifs, which are also hand cut and finished individually. Therefore, each vane is unique and no two weathervanes will be entirely identical.
All the weathervanes are perfectly balanced on knife edges, and they operate on a captive, free rotating ball bearing which ensures they rotate accurately in the slightest breeze.
