Delivery

Every weathervane we make is hand cut to order, and unique. Due to the nature of the work, from design (if a bespoke or personalised vane) to posting, we ask that you allow approximately 3-4 weeks from confirmation of order. If you are buying for a special occasion and need it by a specific date, we will always do our best to meet this, and sometimes it might be possible to make the vane in less than this time scale. However 3-4 weeks is the standard time to allow.  A lot of our work is bespoke to our customers requirements. There is no extra charge for bespoke work, therefore if you have your own ideas or a particular picture or photograph, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We send our weathervanes out well wrapped in protective packaging and in a large sturdy box. We use Parcel Force tracked 48 hour delivery as standard, or we can use 24 hour delivery for a small extra charge. We only despatch Mon – Weds for 48 hours service or Mon – Thurs for 24 hour service. We do this as we do not like our boxes being in courier depots over the weekends, and we therefore aim to have them delivered as quickly as possible.

All delivery costs are based on packaging, full insurance value, and the cost to us from the courier.

Standard 48 hour delivery is £22 and 24 hour delivery is £25 for medium weathervanes
